"We Haven't Lost it all Yet"
Work
So I finally got a job. I think. At Sam’s Club in Langhorne. But I’m wondering what they’re going to say once I tell them I’m going to have to cut my availability and drastically cut the hours I’m going to be able to work. As of right now, I’m available all the time, and they’re probably going to give me about 30 hours a week. But once I go back to school, my availability and the hours that I’m going to be able to work is going to shift a lot. This is what I’m looking at once I go back to school:
Wednesday: 430-close
Thursday: open-7
Friday: 3-close
Saturday: open-close
Sunday: open to 6 or close
I might also be able to work Tuesdays after my lab. But I don’t know. I’m telling them that I don’t think I’m going to want to work more than like 15-20 hours a week. My class load is just too much for me to be dealing with a 30 hour a week job on top of it. As of right now, I’m registered for 16 credits with 3 math classes, physics and public speaking, but I’m probably going to drop public speaking. I don’t know. I guess I’ll just meet with my manager towards the end of the summer and figure it all out. But if it gets to be too much, I’m going to quit. I also got some good news today. I’m getting a $985 refund from one of my school loans. That’s a nice little addition to my savings. And i’ve already got $280 dollars in my savings. Okay, enough talking about money. Time to go take care of the sick patients. Later.
